I have really enjoyed being a tenant at 925 B Street since 2011, first as an employee in one suite and now leasing my own suite for the past 4 years. I have really noticed a difference since new management has taken over. The building is extremely well managed, and everything is always in order. The building is well taken care of, sanitized, and clean at all times. Additionally, I really appreciate how management always responds promptly to any of my questions or concerns. Having on site management that is always available and helpful really makes a difference!

My experience in 925 B Street is a good one because I know my concerns are always considered with the best disposition. And to me that is most.

I was fortunate a broker friend referred me to 925 B Street. This was perfect! I had a choice of several spaces of various sizes and found one that was ideal at a very reasonable rate. The building is well managed and maintained. It is close enough to the courthouse, the downtown core and the lunchtime spots that I usually frequent (take out these days!). I was so convinced this was the right spot, I negotiated a long-term lease with options. I could not be happier and recommend this building to anyone who like me, wants a great space at a fair price.
